We’re proud to be a kid-friendly, family-friendly, safe-for-everyone and inclusive event focused on making sure everyone has a fun, safe, and respectful experience. To help us keep the con welcoming for all, please follow these guidelines:

General Behavior:

• Use common sense and be respectful to everyone around you. Practice good manners, respect personal space, and take care of personal and event property.

• Harassment, bullying, or any offensive behavior will not be tolerated - this is serious.

• Always ask before photographing, touching, or making any contact with others.

Main rules:

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere at the venue.

• No alcohol or drugs allowed on site.

• AI-generated art is not allowed. 

• Selling bootleg or unauthorized merchandise is strictly forbidden.

• No public display of mature or explicit content.

• Hate speech, discrimination, or political messages of any kind are not permitted.

• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

• Real weapons are banned from costumes. All cosplay props must be safe, with no sharp edges.

• Please do not litter or damage any property.

 

Photography and Media:

• Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to Meadowlark Comic Con using images or footage of you for promotion, including social media, press releases, and printed materials.

Tickets & Attendance:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before the event.

• Tickets cannot be copied or duplicated.

• Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times.

• Children under 13 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

 

Additional Information:

• Guests, vendors, and programming are subject to change.

• Meadowlark Comic Con reserves the right to revoke badges without refund for anyone not following these policies. Violations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, without explanation.
