On COVID-19:
Meadowlark Comic Con (MLCC) takes COVID-19 as a very serious matter together with our attendees, special guests, vendors, and exhibitors. MLCC believes in the safety of all involved in every facet of conventions. Working with the respective local and state governments along with CDC advisors, and the venue, MLCC will be taking precautions for all involved. During the event the venue will undergo an in-house sanitation program by the MLCC staff and Josephine County Fairgrounds staff for the security of the events. Down below are the actions that will be taken for the event:
-
All special guest, vendor, exhibitor chairs and tables will be sanitized day before convention opening.
-
Hand sanitizer will be provided to all special guests, vendors, and exhibitors for the duration of the convention.
-
Handrails and door handles throughout the venue will be sanitized with a special sanitation treatment every hour by staff to make sure handrails and door handles are always clean.
MLCC request all special guests, vendors, and exhibitors to sanitize all equipment, including pens, pencils, and any other equipment that will be inside the venue. If the above mentioned is feeling sick we ask them to please contact MLCC 48 hours in advance and relinquish their table for the 2021 season.
Attendees are responsible for their own actions, and MLCC requests that if any attendee or vendor is feeling sick 24 hours before a convention stay home. All tickets and tables will be honored the following year.
We ask everyone to stay clean, healthy, practice good hygiene, come out to the conventions, have a great time with friends and family.
**MASK MANDATE IS IN PLACE DUE TO OREGON GOVERNOR MANDATE: Masks are required indoors (except when eating or drinking) AND outdoors (when social distancing between members of different households can't be maintained).
