MEADOWLARK COMIC CON 2022 ARCHIVES
Meadowlark Comic Con (MLCC) is the longest-running pop culture event in Central and Southern Oregon. It has brought the community amazing family fun since 2018 and still continues to bring smiles to everyone in attendance. 2022 saw the most amazing vendors and exhibitors to date. Artists are always an MLCC mainstay and every year there is more creativity. Attendees enjoy the laid back comfortable atmosphere of MLCC that brings the community together. 2022 was a great year to be attending MLCC.

MLCC Special Guests 2022 was spectacular to all who attended because of the relaxing environment fans were able to speak to their favorite guests about movies, and other subjects. 2022 was an unexpected science fiction-themed event with a little horror with Brian A. Prince from "The Predator (2018)," C Andrew Nelson who played Darth Vader in the special edition releases, and the last surviving Tusken Raider from "Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). Attendees had quality time with the guests because they know that once a guest comes to MLCC it is only once. They recognize that every guest who comes to MLCC is a once in a lifetime experience.

MLCC Special Guest Artists are always fun because an attendee can have a commissioned sketch right on the spot or a commissioned piece of art straight from the guest. Autographs from the artists are always free for attendees at MLCC. Many bring their comic books to be autographed for their collection or add a rare piece of artwork not found anywhere else. 2022 brought in Jorge Pacheco (Popeye, Laurel & Hardy, Casper, The Three Stooges), Luis Rivera (Team Colossus, Team Colossus Origins), Christ Marrinan (Team Colossus, Wonder Woman, Doctor Strange, Excalibur), Floydman Sumner (Garbage Pail Kids).

Meadowlark Comic Con hosting duties were conducted by the ever-lovable Meadowlark herself with the Cosplay Contests. Distance Nerding Podcast hosted the panels and interviewed the special guests.
